We asked our audience - Customer Satisfaction Survey results !
90% of those completing our survey would recommend ICS to other organisations!
Earlier this year ICS conducted our regular Customer Satisfaction Survey by emailing over 2000 of our customers asking them to complete an on-line questionnaire.
Product Satisfaction
Of those completing the survey 94% said ICS products met their needs, with 75% + rating our product quality, reliability and user friendleiness as being good or excellent.
Service Satisfaction
With regard to Service, over 75% rated our effectiveness in aftersales support and responding to product faults as being good or excellent.
Summary
While there was room for improving the effectiveness of our Website, the company is delighted that 90% would recommend ICS to other organisations and 94% said ICS products met their needs.

Once again, we are delighted with the positive feedback received from this years customer survey. However, this does not mean we will be resting on our laurels; as ever ICS will continue to seek ways to improve both our products and service, to ensure that 'we are the best by supplying the best' ".
As promised, the names of all the people who kindly completed our survey were put in a hat and Dannielle, our Administration Assistant, picked the lucky name out of the hat. The winner of a £200 lastminute.com vouchers is:
